Businiess name:  Safeway Food & Drug
Review by:  Francis d.
Review content:
Pros: Newly remodeled Safeway. Beside an experienced Great Clips and Liquor store. Good Deli, Bakery and China Express, Organic Foods store. Cons: stockers aren't that experienced and sometimes can appear a little lost. 9am - 1 am is just silly for a Safeway. Overview: Nearby Woodinville, Bothell and Kirkland, this Juanita Safeway does have quite a few things that are next to it. Other than the things mentioned above it is near a 7-11, Dairy Queen, Blockbusters, McDonald's (with play area... though it's awfully cold in the winter). Inside, the Starbucks closes way too early at about 7 or 8 pm but the staff are about average in speed. Pastries offered primarily come from the in-store bakery as the ones offered from the main office tend to be a little... stale. Carts are stored outside in a covered area, so those with children who are sensitive to such things, will probably appreciate a coat placed under them once they are in the store. Overall? This Safeway seems to be like many newly remodeled ones in the area, nice amenities, with a staff that still needs seasoning. Only the hours and staff are drawbacks.
