Review content:
I have gone there twice and will never go back. Not only are the stylists very judgmental, they don't listen to what you want. I told the girl (whose name has left my memory) that I wanted my hair to fall just below my shoulders. She ended up cutting it clear to my chin. She asked if I wanted it styled and I told her I didn't need it, but if she could think of something neat to do, go ahead. Big mistake! She curled my new short bob (that I did not request) completely under, and curled my bangs upward making me look like a total freak! As soon as I got to the car, I started to cry. I brushed the nasty hair she made and put it into a ponytail--well what i could get up. By far the worst haircut ever. And that's not the end: She colored my hair. I wasn't sure of the shade I wanted. I told her I liked the lighter of the two she showed. During the big reveal, I told her it was okay, a little darker than I had hoped, but I thought I could get used to it. She says, ""Great! I went ahead and used the darker color!"" Uh, hello?! That's not what we decided. Don't go here ever.
