These guys are busy... Because they are so good at what they do. The guns end of the place is halfway closed as Norm is about retired but Alan who runs the DJ equipment/Music Equipment/ PA end of things is so helpful and knowledgeable. As another reviewer has mentioned Alan is busy... and essentially a store within a store. There may be other people there but they do not know how to sell or help with his end of the business. Expect some time to be spent there on a busy day waiting your turn. I purchased my first set of speakers in 1989 directly from Alan at the Provo location off of 500 West. He helped me with my first speakers, amps, crossovers & light controllers... we soldered burned up triacs on the thing together in the store. He really cares and knows more about dance club lights and sound systems than most have forgotten.
