Review content:
I've been up here a lot this summer with friends and family and I have to say, the food has been excellent every time. Fantastic summer salad with fresh strawberries on top and really good dressing. LOVE the roasted tomato/goat cheese chicken burger and their new turker burger. My best friend had the firetruck burger (I think--it was a spicy one) and he said it was messy but good. Sweet potato jojos are delicious, even my father liked them and he normally despises sweet potato. I had one of the sandwiches once-I think with turkey and artichoke dip and that was really good too. I don't drink beer, but the wine I had was really good too. My parents and I were just up here last Saturday for Sing Along with Michael which was a great time. Live music on Saturdays definitely makes for a good atmosphere.
People have talked about parking being an issue, but I'm there on Friday/Saturday nights a lot of the time and haven't had to look for a space. And there's motorcycle parking, which eats up less of the lot.
I've gotten to know some of the regulars, as I suppose I'm becoming one, and there's a reason they come here: food, service and atmosphere. You can't beat it and I'm definitely going to continue eating here and bringing friends and family to Maverick's.
