I was forced to give this place a rating. Unfortunately the rating scale doesn't go into the minus. Even if it did, it couldn't go low enough for this place. A few months ago I was in the mood for a Latte. I spotted Ray?s Coffeehouse and decided to give it a try. I entered the building, nice and quaint, until she spoke! ?What the hell do you want?!? I was caught off guard and responded, ?A latte, please.? Her response, ""Well, I don?t f-in feel like making one, you're gonna get a double espresso, cause that's what I f-in feel like makin right now!! I said, ?Hum, that?s ok, never mind, sorry to have bothered you.? I turned around and walked out. Needless to say, I will never go there again. Before I posted this review, I decided to do some research on Ray?s Coffeehouse. I found a write up online and there she was; one of the owners! The person who was so rude and nasty (potty-mouthed) to me was Danielle, one of the OWNERS! How does or will Ray?s stay in business with the owner treating customers like she treated me? I don?t know, but I am certain I will never, ever go there again and I will tell others about the treatment I received. I also read where they claim to be making $86,000.00 in sales annually; that has to be a lie! That would mean that they are selling over $1,000.00 a day in coffee and pastries, no way! There are so many other coffeehouses in TC where you are greeted with a smile and treated nice; where your business is appreciated. I strongly recommend that you go to any other one of them but this one!
