Review content:
This Vehicle was Towed in to us on 11/29/2011, Customer told us after the work was completed that they did not have the money to pay for the repair 12/10/2011 and I did tell them I would not charge them the $25.00 per day storage fee. The Customer had knowledge this vehicle was being sent to a Transmission shop, but we would not have an exact time frame on the repair it depends on how busy the shop was. It did take a total of 2 weeks before the vehicle was delivered back to us and every part was communicated with this customer and authorized. It was only when I had told him the shop was closed for the holiday and we would not be able to get it back here until a work day is when he got upset, and the proceeded to tell us he did not have the money and he was going through bankruptcy. There is no way any place is going to loose money for any customer. If the customer had explained to us he did not have the money for the repair we would have never taken the job. It is funny how they leave out the Truth of the matter, And the police escorted him out of the building because we would not return the vehicle without payment. I had over $2,500.00 into this vehicle. There was never any excuses on parts at all, there was a wait time of 4 days for the rebuild kit.
