Review content:
Walnut Park Apartment managers Jan and Clive were great. However, beware of the company they work for, Cormorant Management Co. I take issue with them because they unfairly withheld a significant portion of my deposit for damages. What were the damages, you ask? Leaky plumbing from the apartment above me caused plaster damage to a wall in my apartment. Yes, these shysters and chiselers (Cormorant) are actually charging me for damages that originated from another address. I disputed the charges, in writing, as per their mandate, and followed up with a phone call. They claimed to have never received the letter (which was registered and included a video of the damaged plaster with water stain originating from the apartment above). I followed up by sending them a copy of the letter and video, and it was tracked as delivered. A month later, still no word. My next step is small claims court.
