It's such a shame to see a Lowell landmark go down the toilet. If you're hungry - don't bother. The service is terrible, and rude (they feel inconvenienced if you ask for a refill). The food is ALWAYS late, and it's bland (but, in their defense, it is Irish food). If you're thirsty - it's okay. If you have a seat at the bar, you're good to go. If it ever gets packed (which is very seldom nowadays, just a few local drunks), you will have an impossible time getting to the bathroom down the row of fat people along the side of the bar. There used to be good music in there on the weekends, now it's the same old acts, playing the same old songs, and they're almost entirely ignored. Go somewhere else. Pros: Downtown, Free Garage Parking Cons: Service, Food, Social Atmosphere
