Review content:
Worst expierience ever. Made reservations for my family for Thanksgiving thinking it would be a nice change. Wrong. For one, they completley overbooked the place. It was RIDICULOUS. It took almost 20 minutes just to get to the MANDATORY coat check. The upper and lower lobby were FILLED with people waiting on reservations. Complety disorganized. No staff to tell you where to go to even check in. You were forced to ask other patrons what to do. It took another 10 minutes to fight our way up the second floor dining room. Once there, i spent yet another 10 minutes trying to get past people wating around to find the ONE hostess they had in the buffet room. I gave my name to a woman who's entire greeting was ""Name?"" and then went and found my family where we were pinned against a wall for another 20 minutes till our name was called.
