be warned thease guys are not to be trusted they lie to an insurnce company they put in false bills and now they are under a state review board to settle all the complants,ther are over 130 to say the least they do bad work they will say they bought you a certan part from a parts dealer and they end up buying the wrong one right part just always cheap as heck ,if they would rip us off and we are a non profit abused shellter for women ,they will screw over their own mother,they ruined our van and 3 of the womens cars that we all brought to them all at once cause they gave us a group rate discount, we have had 4 other repair shops tell us our van should have lasted years since it only had 56k on it and it was a 2001 and they put in the wrong oil pump admited it but now refuse to fix it and one car they worked on caught on fire and the other one keeps overheating now it will cost over $20,000 in repairs to all the cars and van to fix all there damage plus fix all the things that they were suppose to do and of cosre we had already paid them $8600 up front ......please protect yourself from thease guys and just say NO to Kollmar craft in seatac Wa on the corner of 46th ave and 188th you will regret it believe me.Dr,Nezbet Randel
