We as adoptive parents received excellent care from Heritage! They walked us through each step, helped us through the neurosis of waiting for our children to come home, and gave us very professional service all the way through the process, addressing every concern we had about adoption in general. They provided excellent resources, support and knowledge of the international adoption process. I know I can call them even after our adoption is complete and receive support and advice. What a caring, professional staff!
