I went with a Peruvian friend and drove from MD . When we arrived, the parking lot was full and the building was very attractive. We went in and they were able to seat us right away, but the restaurant was full. We ordered a wonderful appetizer and drinks. The margarita was EXCEPTIONAL with fresh juices. Unlike any I have ever had! Had to order another round it was THAT good. Then we ordered food. WONDERFUL! The service was very good and fast. THE BEST was the music! Two musicians walked from table to table, playing guitars and singing...absolutely I fell in love with El Serrano! Cannot say enough and we are going back tonight. I really wish they had reservations! Nice details throughout including Listerine in the bathroom! The LOMO SALTADO is exceptional!
