Review content:
Clothes are never ready when promised. I had to return 3 times to get a completed order. This happened twice...for a total of 6 trips. Also, I brought in a brand new shirt. When I went to pick it up, the work had not been performed. She said that she didn't work on it because there was a cut in the shirt. She showed me the cut which was exactly 1/8th of an inch from where they would have to cut the shirt to take it in. It was a clean cut which indicated that it was made from a razor blad or sharp scissors. The owner refused to accept responsibility for a tear in the shirt which magically appeared while under their care. She pointed to a sign which indicated they were in business for 30 years. I would argue that she should have learned good customer service during that time.
