Gary is a complete jerk. Not only does he have this cistern business, but he also is a ""producer"" of hay. I responded to an ad he had out for hay and was going to go look at it... but I found him to be quite a jerk. However, I decided to give him the benefit of the doubt and called him the night before I wanted to go out and look at his product. I couldn't reach him. Apparently he called me twice but I didn't get his messages until the following day--one of the messages stated that if I didn't call him back that night I shouldn't come. RUDE again. So I said forget it. Then I get a call from his number tonight (513) 358-6282. He left me a message cussing me out telling me how I shouldn't call about hay unless I was serious. I guess he's the kind of guy who wants to bully women. I called him back to confront him about his rude message and he kept telling me he was Fred. Some professional! I would NOT give this creep my business!!! There are plenty of other people out there doing this type of work that would be much easier to deal with and understand what customer service is!
Cons: This guy is just an uneducated jerk!
