Review content:
I purchased a shirt onsale a weeks ago, I brought the shirt home and noticed there was a hole in it. With all tags on, I husseled downtown to exchange. The shirt was not only additional marked down, but when I approached the cashier, who diverted me to the manager, he informed me all sales are final and I should have checked the item before leaving. When I asked mr.manager what I should do with the defective merchandise his suggestion was for me to gift it... looking at him I said, would you give your friend a shirt with a hole in it? What happened to the customer is always right? I am on a quest to inform my friends, and NYC shoppers to never shop Atrium or stores only offering store credit. Shop department stores they have better policies, are more accomadating and carry the same merchandise. Pros: Good Sales Cons: Horrible Return Polic, Bad Customer Service
