I just had Integrity come out to look at my non-functioning dishwasher. James quickly determined the touch panel was faulty and offered to order the part for me. Not only did he get and install the part within two days, he managed to get Whirlpool to cover the cost of the part even though my dishwasher was technically out of warranty. Responsive, professional and very reasonably priced - if you have appliance issues, Integrity lives up to their name.
