I should have read the reviews here and on other sites before going to this place. The dentist has NO bedside manners AT ALL! He walks in the room and does not greet you face-to-face; instead, he checks out your file and speaks so low that I had to ask him to repeat himself several times - and yes, he was annoyed by this! I had to get a filling from a chipped tooth. When the procedure was complete, I asked him how long the tooth would be sensitive for. He answered in a sarcastic tone, ""if I knew that, I would play the lottery and win!"" What an arrogant, pompous _____!!!!! An approximate time frame would have been helpful - he is a DENTIST after all!! Unfortunately, I had to come back to get a general cleaning b/c I did not have medical paperwork verifying that I no longer had a heart murmor (I had listed a ""slight murmor"" in my file - completely understandable). SoOoOo, I got the paperwork and brought it back on the day of my general cleaning appt. Do you even think they asked for it?!?!? NO!! The girl who cleaned my teeth was not gentle at all as it was painfully obvious as I cringed and squeezed the heck out of my hands & legs as she conducted the cleaning - when I told her I was in pain, she ignored me and rushed through the cleaning. When it was over, she didn't say a word (no have a good day, no follow up, no advice, NOTHING)!! Actually she did say, ""6 month follow up"" - I walked out and needless to say I WILL NOT BE RETURNING. Already have another dentist that I went to before and should have never left but the mall is closer to where I live, so I switched - BIG MISTAKE!! I would rather drive the few extra miles than EVER give these RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL people my business again!!
