Review content:
The owner(s) of the establishment give you the impression that her school is the BEST in the hampton roads area when in fact it doesnt come close to expectations of a ""championship-worthy"" school. There is always construction going on yet never seems near completion . We have seen her on many occasions speak to her staff in a very disrespectful and belittling manner. The staff changes constantly vastly due to mistreatment and other ""behind the scenes"" issues that she tries to keep from the parents.The locker rooms where kids are expected to change is always dirty and not well maintained. Our children complained about that all the time. The owner is only concerned with her own comfort in terms of climate control in the building. I personally went one day to get my children and found that the afterschool area was extremely hot and that the a/c wasnt on or working . Whatever the case may have been I was steamed and the staff had little explanation as to why besides to check with the owner.
