Review content:
We had a dishwasher under warranty that needed to be repaired. These guys took 6 weeks to get the part. They would not return our phone calls to determine the status. They charged a service fee to diagnose the problem and a fee to repair the dishwasher when the part finally did come in. Their prices were way above what I ever could have imagined. They made an appointment, called and confirmed the appointment and were still two hours late after all that.
