we were muddy creek patients for three years before we got very tired of being overcharged and didn't find much bedside manner after we had a very sick labrador retriever who needed a referral to a specialist for a special operation. we finally moved to four legs by a referal from a friend and we found a wonderul vet practice. the front office staff was wonderful and helpful, dr. bassford and others were comforting, honest and we really felt that they did not promote unnecessary procedures, tests or medications.
Pros: good prices, good bedside manner, caring nature
