Review content:
I ordered flowers from here to be delivered on Mother's Day. When I heard that my mother had already received her flower bouquets from my aunts and sister, I called Especially Yours to check on the status of my delivery. I spoke in a polite and pleasant tone but the man who answered the phone was EXTREMELY rude to me. He told me that they stopped by earlier in the morning (while my family was at church) and were not willing to return until the next day. I begged for him to go back later in the day but he stated that he would be working until 5pm (oh my!) and yelled that he had a life too. Such poor customer service! Major holidays are busy days for ALL florists and everyone has to make sacrifices once in awhile for the business they choose to be in (I'm a lawyer, I know). Do you think the UPS delivery man chose to go home early on Christmas Eve when a customer paid $30 for his/her gift to be delivered on that day? I don't think so! Not only would this man not go back after he made his rounds, he would not refund me the $10 delivery fee that I paid with the expectation that my flowers would be delivered on Mother's Day. One more thing, when he discovered that my family wasn't home yet, he could have simply left the flowers on the door step just as another local Easton florist did for my aunt's flower delivery to my mother, but he didn't. Such poor common sense! I'm never using them again and I don't recommend that you use them either.
