No one wants to have bed bugs in their building...it never matters how they got there, just that they can be eliminated as quickly as possible.
Our building made the decision to switch to A.D. after a previous company allowed a tenant to do partial treatments - laughable for anyone with bed bug experience. These critters are on the subways and you think they're not coming into your living room?!
When we called Absolute Death for facts and estimates, Mike was very helpful and answered all of our questions - he even made sure that he was one of the technicians for our first treatment.
Cooperation is the key in dealing with these little beasts...everyone needs to follow the same instructions in order for the treatments to be successful. Absolute Death provided a very simple and specific procedure for the building to follow to prepare. The technicians walked each tenant through their apartment, making sure that things were properly arranged for the treatment.
I will recommend Absolute Death to anyone needing help with their bed bug situation.
