Review content:
I've worked out at a variety of gyms over the years and I have to say this is by far my favorite. While you might be afraid it will be full of muscle bound jocks, don't be. Never before have I come across such a well balanced representation of Americana in a gym. Young, old, fat, thin, fit, and not so fit - they are all there. What makes this work I think is the wide variety of trainers that work there and the friendly accepting environment that has been encouraged by the owners. The guys running the place are real sweethearts, the facilities are top notch and the music is always changing!
