This is the second time Alex and his staff at Harts Collision have repaired my car and I couldn't be any happier or more pleased with the service and results! My car looked absolutely terrific when I picked it up and Alex and Laurie are professional, trustworthy, and friendly and are wonderful to work with in every way. Alex and Laurie and they really care about their customers and take care of each detail including providing me with a thorough and accurate estimate, dealing with my insurance company, driving me to pick up my rental car, keeping me informed regarding the progress of the repairs, finishing the work on my car much faster than I expected, and calling me as soon as my car was ready to pick up. My boss highly recommended Alex and I will also highly recommend Harts Collision to everyone I know. Thank you again for taking such great care of me and my car.
