My experience with the owner, Kris Kaehler, was disappointing & a waste of my time. I had high hopes as he was a recommendation. I have a home business so it's even more important to have repairs done timely. He did not show up twice. First time he was apologetic & said he'd work out some deal with me for my inconvenience (i have to cancel clients for repairs).
Second time he did not show up I had to pursue him to find out what was going on- He was unapologetic & claimed this was the cost of doing business with a small business owner. I am a small business owner myself & would not have an income if this is how I did business. In the end I had to move on - sure glad I figured this out before he started the work.
