Albeit the lack of a proper sign and slightly chilly dining room, this place was fantastic. The wait staff was incredibly attentive and friendly. I had the pan-roasted monkfish cheeks with orange sauce and leek fondue, which melted in my mouth. For a main dish, the arctic char and fugu (blowfish) sashimi could not have been freshef if I'd been in the ocean and speared it myself. Finally, I had one of the best desserts I have ever eaten. It was banana milk chocolate dim sum with a sweet sour cream dipping sauce. Yes, it is a pricey meal, but it's not like they try and hide it. You know what you're in for, and it's totally worth it. Pros: Fresh and innovative cuisine Cons: Can be costly
