My friend referred me here for highlights after several bad experiences elsewhere in the city. She sent me to Joseph who is the best. He is really an artist who knows hair texture, color and style better than anyone else i have been to, and i have been to them all. After a few years of having my hair highlighted-i decided to get a cut downstairs and someone referred me to Red. I get so many compliments on my haircut and color i am always saying. oh, mark garrison, go to Joseph and get the cut by Red. Everyone i have sent has thanked me. You won't be upset!
