Businiess name:  J. Gilbert's Wood-Fired Steaks & Seafood Kansas City

Review content:
My husband brought me to J Gilbert's for my birthday (which is on Valentine's Day). Though the restaurant was quite busy, our booth seating was cozy and intimate. Our server was knowledgeable about the menu and attentive, our food was superb (I had steak and lobster, and my husband had lamb chops), but best of all was the chocolate souffle. This dessert was a chocolate lover's dream for sure. We will definitely be going to J Gilberts again and bringing our friends. The cost was very reasonable for the excellent quality of food and service we received. Pros: Ambience is warm and romantic and food is delish! Cons: A bit of a drive from north KC, but worth it
