Review content:
Jeff Street Pub, at one time served the best wings and pizza in the city of Franklin. Bad service and bad attitudes have ruined this once great spot. We went to Jeff Street, hoping to share Jeff Street with out of town guests. The service was exceedingly poor. The food was served sporadically, meals were forgotten and when we complained, the kitchen manager more or less told us we have no right to complain and decided to add insutl to injury and insult our group of 14, including visitors from England.
It's a shame...they embarrassed us and they embarrassed the city of Franklin. We will never be back.
