An order placed on March 9th was marked as status ""RE-STOCK on March 22"" I called on the 18th and they said ""Oh, it has been shipped already"". The USPS tracking info said it was not received from them until the 20th for shipping. On top of all this, it was not shipped from Lititz, PA, it was shipped from San Francisco, CA!!!
So here it is more than two weeks and still no parts after paying 8.95 for priority mail 2-3 day shipping on small parts weighing less than 3 ounces total.
I bought my part s elsewhere for much less and got them in two days from Servocity dot com. When the Winkie's parts finally get here, I will just sell them on Ebay.
Pros: NOTHING PRO ABOUT IT
Cons: SLOW WEBSITE, SLOW SERVICE, POOR COMMUNICATION
