Our friend rented the party bus for 40th party 2/11/06. She was called at 4:00 p.m. on 2/11 that one of the buses broke down & they wouldn't be able to pick up her party until 9:30 p..m instead of 6:00 p.m. They were going to take a group of h.s. kids to their tolo and then tend to our party. 40 people were coming and all going bowling (reservations made and money paid - 7:00 p.m.) then out in Seattle for the night. They offerred her $200 off $600 bill. We called them to discuss the situation they were incredibly rude, would not give her 1/2 of her money back (only getting the bus for 1/2 the time). We canceledl the bus since the whole point was to not drink and drive. We have booked them for the past 3 years at least 3 buses per year. NEVER AGAIN!
