Review content:
This company is the worst example of of a debt collection company I've ever seen. This guy Mr. Adam Fuentes (probably not his real name) has on a # of occassions called my wife...yelling at her..threatening her...and has to be the rudest sob I've ever dealt with. The last laugh will be on him when a law suit will be filed against Primary Financial, Adam Fuentes and Wells Fargo. To use threatening and harassing tactics is not the way to handle the situation. Adam Fuentes has done this numerous times..and now I've had with him and Primary Fuentes. I've instructed my attorney to pursue legal action against them. They will no longer have the ability to violate the laws clearly stating that no debt collection company is allowed to act in this manner. The sad this is I had a 6 month arrangement I just completed in Dec 2010...then they illegally took out a payment in Jan 2011...without my permission. Then today Mr Fuentes called and yelled / harassed my wife for no reason..as I was going renew the arrangement. Now due to the outburst and behavior from Mr Fuentes who represents Primary Financial...enough is enough...as I've started the process and had the necessary discussion with my attorney. It's about time someone stops this crap from people like Mr Fuentes and companies like Primary Financial. C U in court!!
