READ ME! Rooms are nice. On beach with pool / hottub. The problem is they slam you with fees to make up for being cheaper hotel. $30 parking PER NIGHT! We parked on street. Pkg Tikts are $18 here, but we NEVER got a ticket and parked on the street daily! They also have a ""resort fee"" which is 10 bucks per person per day! SCUMMY. This hotel can't be beat for value if you don't park and get good rate. Take cabs or 25 cent bus up and down Collins and it will be cheaper than renting a car, tipping and parking. No restaurant in the hotel and bartender is never to be found, but if you can pay less than 150 for this spot and don't have a car then grab it. Oh, also, there is construction next door - so make sure to avoid that!
