I had a very horrible experience with The Addison Apartments. The reason I moved in was that the apts were spacious and offered vaulted ceilings. I even referred 4 families to move there. But, later on we found out the quality of the apts was bad, everything kept on braking. Although we lived there for three years, at a move out we weren't present, so we ended up getting the most horrible move out inspection review and ended up paying close to $500.00 in ware and tear. I CLEANED it out very nicely, but on the inspection form everything was listed as dirty and greasy. I called Riverstone and spoke with Luke to see why there is such a discrepancy; he basically said too bad you should have done a walk through inspection; which I didn't even know if it was an option. Ending my review, I would never recommend anyone to rent the Addison Apt in Vancouver or dealing with Riverstone Residential Group.
