Review content:
If you do a google search forl local flowers in or near Springville Utah this place shows up, ok great, now you go to their website springvilleutahflowers . com and see a really nice assortment of flowers that you can get. You find something you like and place an order and then find out that this shop is part of 'the teleflora network.' Sounds great...but what this actaully means is that you place a reasonably priced order online and then find out that the store will substitute or even not include anything that they can't sell for the price you paid. For example: I placed an order which was to include roses, carnations, and a vase; come to find out this local store couldn't include the roses for the price that it was listed online...the roses would be an additional $4.50 a piece...which is funny because that was the main part of the bouquet. I told the workers in the shop they should get their OWN website with their OWN PRICES and PRODUCTS. This is called false advertising what they are doing and should not be part of 'the teleflora network.' Horrible way to do business.
