I HAVE BEEN USING THE KEVIN CHARLES SALON FOR NEARLY 2O YEARS. I HAVE NOTHING BUT WONDERFUL THINGS TO SAY ABOUT ALL OF THE SERVICES I HAVE HAD DONE AT THIS SALON!! AWESOME CUTS, SPIRALS (THE BEST EVER), AND COLORING!! I HAVE NOT BEEN DISAPPOINTED BY THIS SALON, EVER!!! I HAD MOVED OUT OF TOWN BRIEFLY AND WOULD MAKE A 5 HOUR DRIVE TO VISIT MY FAMILY. DURING THIS VISIT, I WOULD HAVE MY HAIR DONE WHILE I WAS HERE. THIS WOULD INCLUDE A SPIRAL PERM, THAT COULD TAKE AS LONG AS 4 HOURS DUE TO THE LENGTH OF MY HAIR AT THE TIME. THIS IS THE ONLY SALON THAT COULD GET A PERM TO STAY IN MY HAIR!! EVER!! I WOULD NEVER CONSIDER TRYING ANOTHER SALON. KEVIN HIMSELF IS A FANTASTIC PERSON, AND HAS DEVELOPED AN AWESOME STAFF AT HIS SALON, WHERE YOU RECEIVE WONDERFUL TREATMENT AND CARE. I APPRECIATE HIS KINDNESS AND CARE, TO THE POINT HE FEELS LIKE FAMILY. I DONT UNDERSTAND WHY THE PEOPLE WHO WROTE IN THEIR REVIEWS THAT THEY HAD BAD CUTS, OR BAD EXPERIENCE DID NOT LET THE STAFF KNOW, BECAUSE IT WOULD HAVE BEEN MADE RIGHT. CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SATISFACTION ARE HIGH PRIORITY AT THIS SALON! JUST ONCE IN ALL THE YEARS I HAD BEEN COMING HERE, DID I NEED TO HAVE MY CUT "TOUCHED UP" BECAUSE IT WASN'T QUITE RIGHT. I THINK, I WAS THE PROBLEM WITH IT NOT BEING QUITE RIGHT, AS I ASKED FOR A CUT THAT WAS HARD FOR MYSELF TO STYLE. PEOPLE NEED TO UNDERSTAND THEIR OWN LIMITS WHEN CHOOSING A STYLE. I VALUE THE SERVICE I RECEIVE AT KEVIN CHARLES, AS WELL AS THE FRIENDSHIP THAT HAS DEVELOPED FROM COMING TO THIS SALON. THE DAY THIS SALON CLOSES WOULD BE A VERY SAD DAY INDEED FOR THOSE WHO HAVE COME TO KNOW, RESPECT, AND APPRECIATE IT! I HOPE KEVIN AND HIS SALON ARE HERE FOR MANY YEARS TO COME! THANK YOU KEVIN, FOR MANY WONDERFUL CUTS, ETC, AND MANY WONDERFUL YEARS OF FRIENDSHIP! Pros: THUMBS UP! FANTASTIC SERVICE, NICE SALON, GOOD PARKING, GREAT LOCATION Cons: HMMM.... I DON'T HAVE ANY!!! =)
