I ordered food for a friend whose dad is in CCU in St. Thomas at 8:40 PM. Was promised 45 minute deliver. At 11:05 still no food! I called and Glenn, an employee there said to not accept the food. They tried to deliver the food at 11:15PM! My friend had to stay awake to NOT accept the food and had NO food to eat. Then they charged me anyway! Female manager said they didn't nothing wrong- no free dinner or anything. She said they did nothing wrong. If you want food in a normal time frame and NOT in 2.5 hours don't go here! After spending 3 hours on the phone with them on hold to order, cancel, and about the charge that shouldn't be we get nothing!
