Review content:
It's unfortunate I have to leave my doctor to avoid Mills-Peninsula. They've made too many billing mistakes. Previously, I was billed for someone else's lab work. This latest incident, I inquired why this years bill for lab work Ive had annually was significantly more. I had to talk to 3 customer reps before I was told I was billed twice for one item. What was infuriating was they insinuated I was requesting some unfair reduction in my bill when all I wanted was to be billed correctly! Their insult was sleezy and surprising coming from a large firm. Their mistakes totaled close to $1000. What's distrubing is that because they don't itemize their bills, you have no idea what you're paying for and I have no idea what additional mistakes they may have made and that I unknowingly overpaid. If you must use their services, check your bills carefully!!
Pros: Good doctors
Cons: Billing mistakes
