DO NOT go to this Dentist. Staff and dentist are very rude and not willing to work with you. I had been to this dentist twice and the office called me and wanted to reschedule my appointment b/c the dentist was going to Europe. So I gladly switched my appointment to a week and a half earlier. Well I did not write it in my planner and missed my appt. I called them 40 minutes after my scheduled appt and they said that there was nothing they could do for me and charged me $50 for missing the appt. I asked to speak with the dentist and they told me that he was busy and could not speak to me. I had even referred a co worker and a family member there and they would not even drop the charge. VERY RUDE!! ITs not like I did this before, so I told them I would never be coming to their office again and was able to get a appt the next day with another dentist who does not charge a fee if you ACCIDENTALLY miss an appt. Find another dentist. There are plenty in the Alpharetta area who are much more accomodating then this rude dentist is.
