I've only dealt with Innsbruck once so far, but I've been in a lot of local jewelry stores recently, and my experience here topped them all. My fiance and I bought an antique engagement ring, so we've had it looked at by a few shops. Most have looked it over, said the stone was nice, prongs are fine, etc. The employee at Innsbruck put it in the machine, tested each stone, found 2 that were loose, tightened them (for free), showed me on a large screen some areas I may have problems with in the future, cleaned my ring (free), and gave me complementary cleaning solution. They were the only jeweler (including the appraiser), who gave me this much attention, even though I didn't buy my ring there. I will most definitely be back and hope my future interactions are just as positive!
