Last night I took my son to troy city garage to get an atv for his birthday. The salesman was the rudest person I have ever encountered in a customer service venue. He was very unhelpful and didnt even seem like we were worth his time to help. I am 28 and my husband 26, maybe he thought we looked like kids, and didnt know what was going on. We asked him many questions all with snippy rude answers in return. How can you build a client base like this? I dont know, but if you want to be treated with respect, you should choose a different shop. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone, please buy somewhere else.
