I did NOT like this place at all... Just because i am a girl, I think they tried to rip me off.
And what i meant about ""bad communication"" was not the language barrier, I meant that when they said they would call me back, THEY DIDN'T! I was the one who always had to call back for updates on my car. Everything was done so unprofessional. I mean, come one, it's a business... If you expect customers to come back, you'd think they would at least call you back when they said they would. I would NOT recommend this place if you are not familiar with cars because they WILL try and rip you off. I am just so angry that I spent so much money there and my car is still in horrible condition.
Pros: Cheap prices?
Cons: Horrible Service, bad communication
