NEVER buy a car from this Dealership unless you want to end up on the loosing end of a battle! My mother purchased a car from Burt Ford, with a lifetime oil change contract. Burt Ford was amazing, and always took care of their promises. Groove Ford ended up buying the Franchise AND inventory from Burt, as Burt went under. Groove will not honor my mothers lifetime oil change contract. I understand they were/are a different entitiy, but in my opinion, purchasing the franchise and the inventory also means you take on AND HONOR any existing contracts. The manager didn't agree, or care. All he offered was the online coupons given to anybody for oil changes. Now my mother is out a ton of money for ""lifetitme"" oil changes that now she has to buy. Don't trust this franchise won't do the same to you! I'm a Ford fan, but will never purchase from any Groove's.
