We were not at all pleased with our experience with Groove Ford. The sales associate lied to us throughout the transaction. ?Oh I have someone else test driving it right now.? Come to find out, it was actually in detail!!! We walked away initially because we had other matters to take care of, and he was down-right nasty to us! ?I have someone else on the floor wanting to buy the vehicle.? We did not see anyone else on the floor or in the lot at the time and the car was still there when we called back to purchase it.
