The customer service sucks, I purchased an lcd screen that was the only option on their site for the laptop I selected so I purchased it. When I receive the screen, I noticed it was too small. The next day I tried to call and had to leave a message because no one answered the phone. Then when someone finally called me back, I told them I wanted to return the Item because it was the wrong one. The woman then told me that if I wanted to return it I would have to pay to return it which would cost me $12.00. I payed a total of $41.00 including shipping for the screen. She said I was only going to give the money for the screen back which was $29.00 and I would lose the $12.00 shipping. now that would be a total of $24.00 I would lose, now subtract the $12.00 dollars of the new shipping and I would end up with only $17.00. She could have gave me a free shipping label, and gave me my $41.00 back for the mistake, or she could have gave me a free shipping label and only gave me the money for the screen $29.00, not have me pay to ship it again. This company, or maybe just this person doesn't know how to do business. I will never do business with them again and I will not refer anyone to them ever. I would have gave them zero stars if it were an option!!!!
