We are renovating our home and have been to every lighting store in Orange County. The kind that give you a splitting headache because they have every light fixture displayed in about 2,500 square feet, but nothing I would even consider taking home. You take in photos of things you like and they hand you huge catalogs of more crap. I drive by Lightopia everyday, but had this idea that it was overpriced. I could not have been more wrong. Kenneth, the store manager helped me choose lighting for every room, hallway in my house. The store is beautiful with items displayed in a way that you could actually imagine them in your own space. Most of the things I chose we actually found on websites, but he was able to show me a sample of the finish or shade so that I did not feel as if I was just shopping on line. We spent more time on the first visit and then when i went back to finalize everything it took less than an hour because we had talked on the phone and emailed. Kenneth and his staff are knowledgeable about products, but also a great sense of style. Lightopia is the only place for Lighting...it doesn't matter if your style is contemporary or traditional...they have it or will find it for you. Pros: Knowledgeable staff and great products
