I took a desk chair to be repaired, and after a month and a half of deciding on the type of upholstery, I called to inform the owner that I would be picking up the chair. I was told that the chair had been thrown away and that his business ""was not a storage."" For the $1,200 in repair fees he would have gotten, a simple phone call to inform me that I needed to get the chair immediately or decide on an upholstery would have been the legal and courteous approach. Who knows if the chair was actually trashed or if it was broken or if Brandt Waterbury (owner) is using it in his damn office!
Pros: none at all!
