Review content:
I am a 10 year customer with the service garage of Bergeys, Broad Street, Lansdale. I saw a vehicle on their lot with a price tag when they were closed. I went back the next day to test drive the vehicle and ascertain numbers for the vehicle that I was trading in. I was presented with the pricing , I questioned the price of the vehicle. They wanted to sell the vehicle for $2620 more than the ticketed price. They said that someone had made a mistake even though the sku numbers matched the vehicle. They consulted with Mr Bergey who told them to make the deal go away. Our salesperson was apologetic and went back to see Mr Bergey again. This time he came back with a take it or leave it attitude. I mentioned that I wanted to pick up my wife and let her see the vehicle before signing. They said that if I left the building the deal was done.I told them where to stick their car! I have worked with this garage for 10 years, is that how you treat your loyal customers Mr Bergey?Do you not value customers or are you too rich already ?
