Review content:
We started out at the bar and had a great time tasting a couple of wines before deciding on a bottle of Newton. The bartender (I didn't catch his name) was knowledgeable and a joy to talk with. He was not only enthusiastic about the wine but also about the food and described his favorite dishes in loving detail to us. By the time we got to our table the choices were easy.
The waiter, I think his name was Chris, was also great and made our experience memorable. His timing was impeccable and we didn't feel the least bit rushed during the entire dinner.
The food was amazing! Based upon the description from the bartender, we started out with the cozze which was delicious and the perfect size for us to share. For the main course my wife had the agnolotti and I had the risotto. Both were succulent and would recommend them to anyone without reservation. I especially enjoyed the scallops as they were seasoned and cooked to perfection.
Dessert was a surprise as the bartender convinced us that whatever he picked out for us we would love and he was right! The ricotta zeppole was a dessert we will both remember for a long time, fantastic!
