This really is a wonderful Pilates studio with the best equipment. I personal train with Lana, and have been with her for about a year now. I have a few body issues, like most people out there. But I can tell you. . . she works with you within you own body limitations. So you don?t have to worry about injuring your self and can direct you attention on how wonderful you will start feeling and looking.
